Connecting with our natural source and higher self regularly is very important to us. It helps to calm the mind and listen to our heart as a fundamental tool for creating harmony within ourselves and with other people. This leads to healthy, solid and peaceful communities, founded on mutual respect and trust, celebration of nature, and personal awareness. Our yoga and meditation classes can contribute to this connection, offering opportunities for inner search and personal growth to experience our planet and all living beings as one, not separated from each other. Learning to achieve a better sense of physical wellness and emotional awareness with calming the mind allows us to become the best version of ourselves contributing to a better world.
FALL & WINTER SCHEDULE Monday and Thursday at 3pm, Saturday at 5pm, with Sabrina Ronchetti, at the Dancing Center Lime Lights in Otranto.
Our classes are open to all fitness level, age and experience. They end with final relaxation and a short meditation. In particular, we offer: HATHA YOGA is designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. Its name comes from the Sanskrit words “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. It encourages to explore the balance within ourselves, raising our consciousness. A powerful way to self-transformation, it brings attention to the even flow of breath and alignment of the body so energy can flow freely. By its nature, Hatha is a gentle, basic, slower-paced yoga with minimal flows between poses, making it ideal for beginners. While you may not sweat much, you’ll likely feel longer, looser and more relaxed after practice.
VINYASA YOGA combines breath and movement to cleanse and recharge the body while providing an energizing opportunity to re-connect within. Unlock the tension in your body and relieve stress while building strength and flexibility with a mindful focus. The classes are meant to establish the foundation of the yoga practice with flowing movements and an emphasis on breathing and healthy pose alignment. They have a meditative approach but will still involve a good amount of movement and some sweat.

SABRINA RONCHETTI, RYT200 Sabrina, 41 years old, Italian, met yoga 10 years ago, and it was love at first sight. Their relationship was really nice but nevertheless they split up after a while, she was not emotionally ready yet... Three years ago, they realized they were still loving each other and they gave it another chance. Well, it was love, love and love, so much of it that she decided to become an instructor and she's now a certified Hatha yoga teacher. You know how they say about relationships, you must take care of it and water it like a beautiful flower? So she decided to deepen her knowledge about mindfulness and work with the two of them together, yoga as a way to be mindful and more present in life. Take a deep breath, observe it, create some space in your mind. She will help you create also some space in your body; and if you have ever worried about your age, thinking: "it’s too late" or " I’m too old for this", please think twice. She has approached yoga late in her life and she can say that it is never too late to choose something good for you! Yoga is not at all about flexibility but it is about acceptance and creating space to breathe and to simply be who you are.
