Last weeks we started to get some of the basic needs to our land. And why not show it in videos instead of words? It's in Italian but you probably understand what we are doing ;-)

Do you know the great feeling of cleaning up the house that you just bought? This week we had this fantastic experience sorting out our tiny house going through all the stuff that the previous owner left in the property. We first made a rough selection of things to keep or to throw out. Like tools, lots of shoes, some clothes, a tabacco pipe, an antique ladder and much more. Unfortunately we also had to wake up many geckos that were having their winter sleep among the stuff. After this we did a basic cleaning of our tiny house that will be renovated later this year. The same clean up we did in the rooms of the caves that we have in our land. This was a nice adventure too! We found more tools, old stuff and some antiques. Again we saw geckos and some small scorpios. No snakes this time. And there was also this young fig tree growing in the middle of the cave. We took him out and we wil give him a new place in our land so he can really become a big fig tree.
Wow, we already see a great 'before-and-after' result. Now our tiny house and the cave rooms look even more beautiful and rustic. It's so much fun to work on this process step by step! After years of research we are very happy and proud to announce that we've finally found the promised land to start our project: it's in Otranto, Italy, 5 minutes from the sea and surrounded by a natural green valley of orchards and gardens.
In addition to offering daily Yoga classes, meditation, and Reiki in Nature, we will focus on conscious and sustainable living with workshops on permaculture, synergic gardens, food forestry, natural building construction and much more. It'll be an off grid playground to share knowledge and find inspiration for an eco-conscious and spiritual life style. We'll offer organic food produced locally and glamping accommodation with the goal of providing a comfortable experience in deep connection with Nature. We want to enjoy spending time with a community of international and local like minded and open minded people, share knowledge, host inspiring teachers and artists, play and have fun, learn to be the best version of ourselves and try to make this world a better place. In Spring 2017 we'll have our official opening! |
